An excellent opportunity to own a professionally finished model of 3-time world champion Valentino Rossi's last ride with Honda. About the 2003 Valencia GP 3-time world champion Valentino Rossi took an amazing 9 victories out of 16 races in 2003, scoring a podium finish in every race. Known for his flamboyant performances on and off the track, he gained extra attention at Valencia, the last race of the 2003 season, when he came out on a flashy RC211V decorated in a 1970's motif. The design was a result of a competition held by a motorcycle magazine, which had invited its readers to design a paint scheme for Rossi's bike, where Rossi served as the main judge. The Valencia bike also featured a triple-exit exhaust layout with silencers removed, which Honda had used from mid-season. Rossi displayed perfect riding in Valencia, taking pole position and holding the lead for the entire last half of the race. Valencia was to be Rossi's last ride on the Honda RC211V, with him transferring to Yamaha for the 2004 season. About the Model Overall length: 172mm Fully painted and pre-assembled model of Rossi's bike used in Valencia. Colorful markings and coloring have been accurately reproduced in a high-quality finish. Model features triple-exit exhaust without silencers, as used in the latter half of 2003 season. Wheels made using die-cast parts to add weight to overall model and clutch plate reproduced in aluminum for extra realism.
