Exterior Features, Quality:
This model features excellent wheels and tires, marked as Goodyear. These have a fantastic tread. The chrome details all around the car (the front Chevy logo, the mirrors, the back Chevy logo, and the door handles) all look very good and realistic. The lights and the grille are well done, looking very realistic. Around the back, there are two hollow tailpipes, and some nice-looking taillights. My only problem with the car in this section is that the mirrors are not well placed. One is slightly bent downwards and one is slightly bent upwards.

Interior Features, Quality:
An excellent job on the interior has been done, with great leather-feeling seats, a chrome-accented dashboard, and an attempt to make seatbelts, which doesn’t seem to go over so well, as they don’t even reach the buckles at all.

Features
The Maisto SSR features an opening hood and two opening doors. No attempt has been made to make the pickup bed open. Also, Maisto has chosen not to make the top of the pickup open, like in the real concept. This would have truly made it an excellent model. The engine is well detailed (for a concept engine), even though it is pretty much buried in the car. The hinges of the hood are un-painted metal, which looks terrible. The same is for under the doors, where it looks even worse. Maisto seriously has to work on the paint of its cars if it really wants to be an excellent maker.

Value:
With no other SSR Concepts going around, this is a great value. For $24.99, it is certainly worth buying, especially if you like its looks, or Chevys in general.

Overall:
This is a very good model by Maisto, and definitely deserving its high rating, which would have been much higher, if it featured an opening bed and roof. All in all, a very good model.
