I am interested in an Out-of-Stock product. When will you have more?
This is our most common question and almost always, we have no way of knowing the answer. We encourage you to check back often but if it had been gone for quite some time, it won't likely return to stock. Please note that we simply don't have the time to respond to emails asking about products that aren't available any more.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based upon the total weight of the item(s) you place in the cart as well as your ZIP Code and the method of shipping you choose. Your shipping costs are presented before payment, so you may easily find out your exact total before the order is completed.
I need a gift by a certain date and need guaranteed delivery. Can you help?
We never, under any circumstances make any delivery guarantees. We do promise to work diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
What countries do not you ship to?
Brazil, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines, and other countries where credit card fraud is not enforced. We wish we could be more accomodating with our friends around the world but trust that you understand our situation. Please read our Shipping Policy here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Check/Money Order. If sending payment by check please realize that we will not be able to ship the order until the payment has cleared.

Our online inventory, completely searchable on the website is 100% of what we have in stock. We simply are not able to respond to all messages asking about out-of-stock items availability.

We're sorry but we just don't have the time to make custom deals. Our prices are as low as we can possibly go and remain the one-stop source for 1/18 die cast. When you receive your first order, we'll be sure to include a Coupon Code for use on your next order to save at least 5% off of the total!
Is it safe to enter my credit card information over the internet?
Yes, very safe in fact! We use the highest level of secure encryption technology available to keep your information confidential. No human eyes will ever see your credit card number - not even us! We don't store credit card numbers, or print them out. Would you rather hand your credit card to that bizarre-looking waiter and let him disppear with it for 10 minutes, or send your data over a 128-bit encrypted network with no human eyes ever to see the data? Do you accept Pre-Orders?
No. We only offer items for sale that we have in stock.
How often is your inventory updated?
Every single day, throughout the day. Our inventory is dynamic and we seek to maintain it accurately.
Where do you buy your products? I want to establish my own diecast business.
We do not assist potential competitors in establishing new businesses. It took years for us to develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers and we're not going to divulge who they are.
How can I track my order? What is my Order Status?
You will receive an email when your order ships from UPS with the tracking information. Also, we offer Order Status after you have placed your order. Please realize that the Postal Service does not offer real tracking, even if they refer to it as such. Delivery Confirmation is simply USPS saying that they delivered the package to the specified address.

Can I pick up an order at your location?
Yes, just choose 'Warehouse Pickup' as the delivery method during checkout. We are a warehouse, not a retail store so please don't arrive expecting to browse.
