2006 Lexus IS 350 - Dark Blue (AUTOart) 1/18
 EASY ORDER INFO HERE  Lexus, known for building safe, reliable and luxurious cars introduced the IS350 at the 3005 New York Auto Show to replace the IS300 model. The IS
product line is the smaller four-door sedan to the Lexus GS430 but packs the most performance for any Lexus car yet. The high performance feature of
the Lexus IS350 is mainly attributed to the new 3.5 liter VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing intelligence) DOHC (Dual OverHead Cam) V6 engine that produces
306 hp and 227-lb-ft of torque, which allows the vehicle to reach 60 mph (97 Km/h) in 5.3 seconds, making it the fastest vehicle in its class. Its top speed
is electronically limited to 142 mph (229 km/h). Power transfer is available in either 6-speed manual transmission or 6-speed automatic transmission with
sequential paddle shift mounted on the steering wheel. Standard wheel and tire package is all-season 225/45VR17 tires for the front and 245/45VR17 for
the rear. Optional 18" wheel and tire setup is comprised of summer tires 225/40YR18 for the front and 255/40YR18 for the rear.
The rear-wheel driven 5-passenger luxury sedan Lexus IS 350 is larger and roomier than the IS300 it replaces and has some new features such as an IPOD input port docking station, optional Mark Levinson audio system, GPS navigation unit with rear-view onboard camera for tight parking maneuvers. The new look of the IS350 shares some resembling design cues of the GS430, which Lexus coined the design theme as "L-Finesse, a philosophy with three fundamental elements: purity, elegance, and luxury."
