The Aston Martin DB5 became forever linked to James Bond when it appeared in Goldfinger (1964) fitted with gadgets by Q Branch. The DB5 used a 4.0-liter straight-six producing 282 horsepower, hand-built at the Newport Pagnell factory. Only 1,023 were made between 1963 and 1965, and values have risen dramatically — genuine Bond-spec cars have sold for over five million dollars at auction.
