The Ferrari F50 was built from 1995 to 1997 as a road-legal Formula 1 car, using a 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 derived directly from Ferrari's 1990 F1 engine. Only 349 were built, each leased rather than sold by Ferrari initially. The carbon fiber chassis, push-rod suspension, and spine-tingling V12 soundtrack make the F50 one of the most pure driving experiences ever offered to the public.
This 1/18 scale replica of the Ferrari F50 is produced by Hot Wheels to collector-grade specifications. At 1/18 scale — the most popular collector scale — the model measures approximately 10 inches in length and displays beautifully on a shelf or in a glass cabinet. Every detail — from paint finish to badging — is reproduced from measurements taken from the original vehicle. Manufacturer reference number: Mattel Hot Wheels Diecast Model No. L2963 Assortment K4368.
