The 1941 Plymouth facelift featured a vaguely heart-shaped grille and triple "speed-line" fenders. Engineering advances included an oil-bath air cleaner and "Safety-Rim" wheels. Already extinct on most makes, running boards could be omitted from Plymouths. Billed as "The One for '41", Plymouths again had a 201.3-cid six. Parking lights sat atop the headlights. Center-mounted bumper guards and wing-tip extensions were optional.
