The Ford Mustang launched on April 17, 1964 and sold over 22,000 units on its first day — a record that still stands. Credited with creating the pony car segment, the Mustang gave American buyers a sporty, affordable car at a time when performance meant expense. Early first-generation cars are among the most collected American automobiles ever produced, with the 1967–1968 fastback body style and the 1969–1970 Mach 1 considered peak muscle era styling.
This 1/18 scale replica of the 1967 Ford Mustang in Black is produced by Shelby Collectibles to collector-grade specifications. At 1/18 scale — the most popular collector scale — the model measures approximately 10 inches in length and displays beautifully on a shelf or in a glass cabinet. Every detail — from paint finish to badging — is reproduced from measurements taken from the original vehicle. Manufacturer reference number: Shelby Collectibles Diecast Model No. DC11842.
