1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator 428 - Blue (Welly) 1/18
Product Details Temp out of stock
The term 'Top Eliminator' was well-known to drag racing enthusiasts but translated to "one hot Cougar" for Mercury fans. Design changes characterized the '70 Mercury Cougar models. The Cougar XR-7 had distinctive wheel covers, rocker panel moldings, a remote-control racing mirror and an emblem on the rear roof pillar. The Eliminator returned one final time with a standard 351 Cleveland four-barrel V8 engine rated at 300 hp. There were multiple engine options though, including the Boss 302, the 428 CJ and a version of the 385-Series 429 big-block.
