The Pontiac Firebird and its twin, the Chevrolet Camaro, shared a platform from 1967 onward but developed distinct personalities. The Trans Am variant, introduced in 1969, became the definitive performance Firebird. The 1977–1981 'Bandit' Trans Am — immortalized by Burt Reynolds in Smokey and the Bandit — became a cultural phenomenon, with the black-and-gold Special Edition among the most recognizable American cars of the era.

This 1/18 scale replica of the 1967 Pontiac Firebird is produced by Lane Exact Detail to collector-grade specifications. At 1/18 scale — the most popular collector scale — the model measures approximately 10 inches in length and displays beautifully on a shelf or in a glass cabinet. Every detail — from paint finish to badging — is reproduced from measurements taken from the original vehicle.
